AI consulting that actually knows your business.

General-purpose AI has never read your operating agreement, your P&L, or last quarter's board deck. Artemis has. Upload the documents that describe how your business really works, and every answer comes back grounded in them — not in generic advice scraped off the internet.

Artemis is provisioned by invitation — every workspace is set up for you.

The gap Artemis closes

Small and mid-sized businesses have the same questions large ones do — pricing, hiring, cash flow, market positioning — but rarely the budget for a consultant on retainer. The obvious substitute, a general AI chatbot, has a specific and expensive failure mode: it sounds confident while knowing nothing about you.

◆

Generic advice, confidently delivered

A public chatbot answers from the internet's average opinion. It has never seen your margins, your contracts, or your customers — so its advice fits no one in particular.

▤

Knowledge trapped in files

What makes your business specific lives in PDFs, spreadsheets and scanned documents nobody has time to re-read. That context never reaches the conversation.

◷

Consultants cost real money

Human expertise is worth paying for — but not for the routine 80% of questions that a well-informed assistant can answer in seconds.

How it works

Four steps, and only the first one takes any real effort.

Your business is set up for you

Artemis is invite-only. We create your business, your owner account and your team's seats, then send an invitation. There is no public sign-up form and no credit card wall — which also means nobody can wander into your workspace.

You upload the documents that matter

Financials, contracts, strategy decks, process docs, org charts. PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets, plain text and images are all accepted — up to 20 MB each. Scanned or image-only documents are read visually, so a photographed contract works as well as a typed one.

Artemis reads and indexes them

Artemis reads each document and organises it so that it can be searched by meaning rather than by keyword. Ask a question later and it surfaces the parts that actually bear on it, however they happen to be worded.

You ask questions and get grounded answers

Ask in plain language. Artemis combines your documents, your business profile and a curated library of industry guidance to answer — and tells you when it is drawing on general knowledge rather than something it found in your files.

What Artemis can do

Built around one idea: the assistant should know what you know.

✦

Answers grounded in your documents

Ask "what are our payment terms with our three largest suppliers?" and Artemis answers from the contracts you uploaded — not from an average of what supplier contracts usually say. Your documents are the highest-priority evidence for any question about your business, and they are never mixed with another company's.

◈

Choose your depth

Quick for a fast answer, Deep when a question is worth researching. Pick the depth each question deserves — you are never paying for work a simple question did not need.

▦

Industry guidance

A curated library of benchmarks, playbooks and sector guidance, maintained centrally and available to every business.

◉

Optional human consultants

Bring in an advisor who can log notes and keep a meeting timeline alongside the AI. The two layers reinforce each other.

◷

Cost transparency

Every AI call is metered and priced, then rolled up per person and per business and reconciled against provider billing. No surprise invoices, no mystery usage.

⚿

Scoped by role

An employee sees a different slice of the business than an owner. Retrieval respects that boundary rather than trusting the interface to hide things.

▣

Documents you control

Owners decide which documents managers can draw on, and can retire a document from the assistant's memory at any time.

Who it's for

Five roles, each with a deliberately different view. What a person can ask Artemis is limited by what their role is allowed to see.

RoleWho they areWhat the assistant draws on
Owner Runs the business. Uploads documents, manages the team, reads consultant notes. Every document in the business, plus profile and industry guidance.
Manager A delegated leader inside the business. Manages employees. Only the documents an owner has chosen to share with managers.
Employee A team member with a seat. Chat-first, day-to-day questions. Business profile and industry guidance only — no company documents.
Consultant An external advisor assigned to one or more businesses. A private assistant, optionally grounded in a specific client on request.
Admin The Artemis team. Provisions businesses and maintains the industry library. Platform-wide, for operating the service.

Pick the depth the question deserves

Not every question needs deep research, and deep research is slower and more expensive. You choose per message, so a quick lookup stays quick.

You choose per message, so a quick lookup never waits on work it did not need.

Your data, handled properly

You are being asked to upload the documents that describe your business. That deserves a straight answer about what happens to them.

⚿

Separated by business

Every document, conversation and note belongs to exactly one business. Retrieval is filtered by that boundary at the query itself — one company's data cannot surface in another's answers.

▤

Encrypted at rest and in transit

Documents are stored encrypted with a dedicated key that we control and rotate. Every connection — browser to Artemis, and Artemis to its database — is encrypted.

◷

Backed up, and the backups are tested

The database is backed up continuously and can be restored to any point in the retention window. We have run that restore end to end rather than assuming it works.

◆

Not used to train public models

Your documents are used to answer your questions. They are not sold, not shared between customers, and not used to train publicly available AI models.
